Refund Policy:
We offer a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee for all unused classes in your account.If you never started your course.
Refund Process:
We aim to process refund requests within 7-10 business days. If the request is made as per our refund policy, however, if there is a delay, please notify us at mail@utech-edu.com. During the refund process, we may request that you validate key information required to process your refund.
Important: If we find that the information provided is misleading, the person will be blocked from all UTech services with no refund.
Subscription
Fulfillment:
When you purchase a subscription plan, credits are added to your account immediately. For example, if you buy a plan with 8 classes per month for 6 months, you'll get 8 credits each month for 6 months.
